Two jail bookings for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies booked 56-year-old Willie Kelley Owens of Chillicothe into the Caldwell County Detention Center pending transfer to the Missouri Department of Corrections. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison for delivery of a controlled substance.
24-year-old Skylar A. Loucks of Chillicothe was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a probation violation warrant from a charge of alleged leaving the scene of an accident and property damage exceeding $1,000. Bond is set for $5,000 cash only.
