An event commemorating the life of Jerry Litton will be held August 2nd in Chillicothe. Congressman Jerry Litton died 50 years ago this year, and an event will be held at the Litton Agri-Science Learning Center. Former Jerry Litton Chief of Staff Ed Turner spoke of some of Litton’s Accomplishments.
Ahead of his time, bringing Washington to Chillicothe and talking about agriculture.
Turner says the event on August 2nd will be an open house from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at the Litton Ag Center.
Tours and memorabilia, videos, and a keynote speaker.
The Jerry Litton Event is free and open to everyone to attend.
