Joy Toy Project Serves 305 Children

The Livingston County Joy Toy program helped 88 families this holiday season, providing a total of 305 children with toys for Christmas.  Kim Skoog from Threads and the organizer of the Joy Toy project says this year they took a different direction for the toys given away.

In the past it was reconditioned old toys, this year it was all new toys.

Skoog says that while this year’s toy distribution is complete, they are accepting donations to begin the process for next year.

Donating use toys sold at Threads or new toys for next year’s Joy Toy Project.

Skoog says they are a 501C3 and they do accept cash donations as well.
