A Kidder man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County on Tuesday. Forty-five-year-old Jacob Whitt was arrested at about 9:02 pm for alleged possession of methamphetamine and displaying the plates from another vehicle. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
