A Kirksville man was arrested by State Troopers Tuesday afternoon. Seventy-one-year-old Ronanld VanDyke was arrested at about 1:55 pm for alleged DWI, Driving while Revoked, and on a warrant for no insurance. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
