A contractor met with the Livingston County Commission to discuss problems with EIFS or Exterior Insulation and Finish System, used at the courthouse. Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas explained the purpose of the meeting.
Douglas says the contractor also found the likely cause of a leak in the courtroom.
Approval of the specs and bidding will take place at later meetings.
