Assessment forms from the County Assessor’s Office were mailed to Livingston County property owners on December 31st. Livingston County Assessor Rich Thieme says there are two options for filing the forms.
Fill them out manually and return them, or use the on-line option.
The forms need to be returned no later than March 1st to avoid penalties that range from $5 to $105. Thieme says he has no latitude in waiving the penalties.
