The Emergency Operations Center in Livingston County opened this morning. Chillicothe Fire Chief Eric Reeter says “In preparation of the impending winter weather, the Livingston County Emergency Management has activated the Emergency Operations Center to a Level 4.”
The EOC is open until further notice.
