The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center.
64-year-old Lester Lee Hines of Avalon was arrested by Missouri Probation and Parole.
25-year-old Jericho Scott Richardson was arrested by Daviess County officers for alleged violation of an order of protection. Bond is set at $5,000.
