Three bookings for Livingston County at the Caldwell County Detention Center on Thursday are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Fifty-eight-year-old Curtis Lee Bassett of Chillicothe was booked by deputies for alleged Driving While Revoked or Suspended following a court appearance, and a drug screen came back positive for alleged Methamphetamine. Bond is set at $20,000.
Deputies booked 49-year-old Jason Lee Schowengerdt of Chillicothe following sentencing on a charge of Domestic Assault. He was sentenced to serve 4 years in prison, consecutive to all other sentences.
Thirty-two-year-old Roger Martin Olthouse of Bovey, MN was taken into custody following a guilty plea on a charge of DWI – persistent offender. The plea deal includes recommended sentencing of 4 years in prison – suspended, and 5 years of probation. The sentencing hearing will be held on October 9th.
