A Raytown man held at the Western Reception Center for the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a WRIT to appear in Livingston County Circuit Court this afternoon. Jaccob Spencer is scheduled for plea and trial setting on a charge of alleged Assault. The case originated in Daviess County and was moved to Livingston Couty on a Change of Venue.
