A Milan woman was arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County Tuesday. Fifty-one-year-old Daluka A Mayen of Milan was arrested at about 5:00 pm for alleged DWI and no valid license. She was taken to the Sullivan County Jail, processed, and later released.
