A Milan woman was arrested Saturday afternoon in Sullivan County. State Troopers arrested 51-year-old Daluka A Mayen at about 2:50 pm for alleged DWI, no valid license plate, no valid insurance, no seatbelt, and assault on a police officer. She was taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
