MoDOT Hosting Public Meetings For Area Bridge Rehabilitation Projects

The Missouri Department of Transportation will host public meetings to discuss upcoming bridge deck replacement projects in several area counties.  No formal presentations will be made.

A meeting in Carrollton on May 22^nd will be from 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.  This is to discuss projects in Carroll, Chariton, and Livingston Counties.  The meeting will be held at the Carrollton Public Library.

The project includes bridge deck replacements on:

• Carroll County Route JJ bridge over West Fork Wakenda Creek
• Carroll County Route B bridge over Sambo Creek,
• Chariton County Route KK bridge over the Little Chariton River
• Livingston County Route D bridge over the Shoal Creek Drainage Ditch.

A meeting will be held May 22^nd in Brookfield between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. for projects in Grundy and Linn counties.  The meeting will be held at the Brookfield High School.

This includes bridge deck replacements on:

• Grundy County Route E bridge over the Medicine Creek Drainage Ditch
• Linn County Route U bridge over Long Branch
• Linn County Route B bridge over Parsons Creek.
