Groups and individuals requesting Chillicothe Street Closures will now need to follow a new City Ordinance as they make the request. Chillicothe City Clerk Amy Hess presented the ordinance at the City Council meeting.
Hess says the new ordinance requires 20-day notice of an event and closure. She says they also need to notify those affected.
Need to get approval.
A form was created to get the signatures.
