Dawn Man Arrested In Livingston County

State Troopers in Livingston County arrested a Dawn man, 22-year-old Bobby L. Sprouse for alleged vision-reducing materials and a Pettis County warrant for speeding. He was held at the Chillicothe Police Department pending the posting of bond.
