Chillicothe R-II School Board President Clint Williams signed the paperwork finalizing the sale of Field School to Henry and Amy Rupert. The property was sold for a purchase price of $110,000.
The sale marks a significant milestone for the District, as it now has no properties for sale.
Superintendent Dr. Dan Wiebers says “This sale allows us to concentrate our efforts on enhancing educational opportunities for our students.”
