State Troopers responded to two single-vehicle crashes on Sunday.

In Livingston County, at about 7:25 pm, a 37-year-old woman from Brookfield was eastbound on US 36 at the Grand River Bridge when her vehicle slid on the roadway and struck a guard rail.  She was taken to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.  She was wearing a safety belt.

At about 8:10 pm in Harrison County, Troopers responded to a crash on Missouri 146 near Gillman City, where a 48-year-old Trenton man was eastbound at a high rate of speed and failed to make it through a curve.  He over-corrected and crossed the center line, went off the north side of the road and his pick-up overturned, coming to rest on its roof.  He was not wearing a safety belt and had minor injuries.  He was taken to Harrison County Community Hospital.
