State Troopers in Harrison County arrested 48-year-old Stephan D. Elliot of Trenton at about 10:56 pm for alleged driving while revoked or suspended, no seatbelt, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and no Insurance. He was taken to the Harrison County Jail.
