Serious Injury Crash In Carroll County

A two-vehicle crash in Carroll County Thursday afternoon left one driver with serious injuries.  State Troopers report the crash occurred about 12:35 pm as a northbound vehicle on US 65, driven by a 31-year-old Gentry man, ran into a westbound car that ran a stop sign.  The 85-year-old woman from Bosworth who ran the stop sign had serious injuries and was flown to Truman Medical Center in Kansas City.  The 85-year-old woman was not wearing a safety belt.
