After accepting the election results from the April 8th Municipal Election, a proclamation declaring a tie for the 3rd ward Chillicothe City Council seat was approved and will be sent to the Livingston County Election Authority, Sherry Parks. The proclamation states the desire of the candidates to have a special election to resolve the tie. That election will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd.
At this time, the only thing on the ballot will be the run-off election.
