Trenton And Linneus Awarded CDBG Grants

The Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) announced a total of more than $16.7 million has been awarded to 43 projects through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program’s Fiscal Year 2025 Competitive Cycle to assist with various improvement projects.  This includes two awards in the local area.

The City of Linneus is awarded $530,000 for Street Repairs.

The City of Trenton is awarded $306,350 for the demolition of residential and commercial structures.

Governor Mike Kehoe says, “We’re proud to support communities all across our state through the Community Development Block Grant Program.  Every grant awarded is addressing critical needs, including public safety, while making communities stronger.”
