A St Joseph woman was arrested by Troopers in Caldwell County Thursday evening. Thirty-four-year-old Monica M Morrill was arrested at 7:50 pm for alleged DWI and failure to comply with an interlock device requirement. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
