Two arrests in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol for the weekend.
Saturday, Troopers in Clinton County arrested 38-year-old Clarissa A. Smith of Hamilton at about 11:00 pm for alleged DWI and failing to stop at a stop sign. She was taken to the Clinton County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
Sunday in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 29-year-old Alejandro G. Castaneda of Milan at about 1:40 am for alleged DWI and no headlights. He was processed and released.
