Two Booked Into Jail For Livingston County

Two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s Department.

At 9:00 am, 55-year-old Jay Dee Shirley of Carrollton was booked into the jail to begin serving his sentence of 15 days for 1^st degree sexual misconduct.  He will also serve two years of probation.

Also at 9:00 am, Deputies booked 40-year-old Nicki Dawn Howe of Mooresville on a warrant for alleged driving while revoked or suspended.  Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
