Two bookings are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Tuesday, Chillicothe Police Department arrested and booked 59-year-old Timothy Jack Hampton. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold with no bond allowed.
28-year-old Christian James Elliot of Chula was arrested out of state on a warrant for alleged resisting arrest and harassment and is held pending extradition. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
