The Livingston County Fair Board held its annual meeting. Fair Board President Jeffifer Horton says fair participation was down this year.
A trend, but hope to see it pick back up.
Horton also announced two inductees into their Fair Hall of Fame.
Delford Stephens and Will Davis.
Stephens wanted to see the fair move to a more permanent location and helped with constructing the buildings at the Chillicothe airport.
Davis had served as Fair Board president for two years and was instrumental in the fair moving to the current location. He also started the Hall of Fame.
