Two cases in Livingston County are headed to Jury Trial.
Trial is set for a Chillicothe man for alleged Statutory Rape, two counts of Statutory Sodomy, and Child Molestation. Henry L. Chapman was charged in November of 2024. Pre-trial conference is set for July 9th, with the two-day jury trial scheduled for August 20th and 21st. in Livingston county circuit Court.
A man facing a charge of allege Satutory Rape will be in Livingston County Circuit Court for pre-trial in March and a two-day jury trial in April. Anthony Joel Carter of Gladstone was charged in October of 2024. Three additional charges are no longer pending. Pre-trial is set for March 5th. The Jury Trial Will be April 2nd and 3rd before Judge Ryan Horsman.
