Two people sustained minor injuries in a crash in Daviess County Friday afternoon. The Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle accident at 4:50 PM Friday on MO6, one mile east of Jamesport. A Ford Fusion was totaled when the 19-year-old male from Trenton rear-ended a Chevy Traverse that received moderate damage. The driver, a 42-year-old female from Mercer, was stopping in traffic waiting for another vehicle to turn when she was hit from behind. Both the driver and a 19-year-old female passenger also from Mercer, suffered minor injuries and were transported by Daviess County EMS to Wright Memorial Hospital.
