A Utica man was arrested by Chillicothe Police Officers Sunday evening and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County. The arrest of 20-year-old Cody Lee Estes was on a bond revocation warrant for charges of alleged delivery of a controlled substance and no valid license. Bond was set at $25,000 – cash only.
