46-year-old Jessica Anne Shoop of Lexington, IL was booked by deputies at about 4:00 pm Friday for alleged possession of a controlled substance, DWI, careless and imprudent driving, and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
38-year-old Theresa L. Webb of Trenton was arrested Friday evening on a warrant for alleged harassment. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $1,000 cash only.
30-year-old Ramirez Hernandez was arrested Saturday morning by Chillicothe Police for alleged DWI and resisting. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.
