38-year-old Theresa L. Webb of Trenton was arrested Friday evening on a warrant for alleged harassment. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $1,000 cash only.
30-year-old Ramirez Hernandez was arrested Saturday morning by Chillicothe Police for alleged DWI and resisting. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.
