A Wheeling man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Caldwell County officers on Monday. Thirty-two-year-old Justin Thomas Haddakin was booked on a pre-trial violation from an original charge of alleged DWI. He is held with no bond allowed. A court appearance is set for April 30th for plea and trial setting.
