A woman arrested on an out-of-state warrant for Custodial Interference was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Tuesday night. Chillicothe Police arrested 47-year-old Tressa M Lyman of Albuquerque, NM. The warrant was issued late last week by New Mexico authorities. She is held with no bond allowed pending extradition.
