Extending the contract for Chillicothe City Administrator Roze Frampton was discussed by the Chillicothe City Council in a closed executive session on April 13th. A motion to NOT extend the contract was made and defeated. The council vote was Councilmen Baker and Morales voting Yes, and Council members Ashbrook, Dupy, and Jarding voting No.
