With flood waters receding into their banks, officials are reviewing how officials handled the situation.
City Police Chief Jon Maples says he is proud of how the Chillicothe community came together during the trying times of the flood.
He says citizens were also a big help.
Maples said citizens even asked if they could help with things such as traffic control.
