Chillicothe police stopped a vehicle in the 1000 block of Graves for defective equipment. Upon contact with the 19 year old male from Chillicothe driving the car, the officer determined they were under the influence of intoxicants. The driver was arrested and processed on several charges.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 1300 block of Washington street. Moderate damage to both vehicles but no injuries. One driver was cited for an improper turn that resulted in the accident.
A 27 year old Chillicothe resident was taken into custody and taken to jail for violating terms of their conditional release.
Officers responded to the 300 block of South Washington on a report of a female driver that was not conscious and in the roadway. A window had to be broken to gain access to the subject, which was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.
