Two Chillicothe High School graduates placed in their events for University of Central Missouri at the MIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Redshirt Freshman Jesse Miller was the only Mule to score in the high jump. Miller cleared 6′ 11″ to earn third place. He also placed eighth in the long jump with a leap of 23′ 6″, an NCAA provisional mark.
True Freshman Brett Shaffer finished sixth in the 60 meter hurdles in a time of 8.46 seconds.
The UCM Mules claimed the MIAA Conference Indoor Championship with 121 points at the end of the three day meet in Maryville.
