Two Chillicothe community events are cooperating into one large celebration next weekend.
The Sliced Bread Days celebration will combine with the traditional Chillicothe Freedom Festival which is scheduled for July 6th.
Amy Supple with Visit Chillicothe says Freedom Festival activities begin around 5:00pm.
She says with the Sliced Bread Days Carnival and Freedom Festival both using the park, Simpson Park should be crowded.
Supple says the normal fun will be at Freedom Festival with fireworks at 10:00pm when the carnival shuts down for the night.
