The Chillicothe Lady Hornets used the free throw line to beat East Buchanan on the road 54-45. Chillicothe was 18 of 26 at the charity stripe compared to East Buchanan’s 7 of 14.
Hunter Keithley led Chillicothe with 18 points including 11 from the free throw line. Jordan Hibner had three treys in route to a 14 point performance. Selby Miller and Jessica Reeter each had five points, Essie Hicks and Brooke Horton each had four, Haley Kidd and Lucy Reeter both had two points.
In the Junior Varsity game, Chillicothe beat East Buchanan 42 – 14.
Kylee Munson, Clara Leamer and Sophia Luetticke each had nine points, Elli Barnett and Cali Burkhardt each had five points, Bre Pitham had three and Ella Leamer had 2.
