The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has made several recent unrelated arrests.
28-year-old Brian Jeffery Olur Togun was arrested for alleged Failure to Register Motor Vehicle Annually and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and released on a summons.
43-year-old Dennis Dale Oliver Creason of Dawn was arrested for alleged Domestic Assault. He was transferred to Daviess DeKalb regional jail and later released on bond.
40-year-old Matthew Brett Curtis of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged class E felon DWI-Physical Injury. He was transferred to Daviess DeKalb regional jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
55-year-old Tony Lee Cashatt of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance. He was transferred to Daviess DeKalb regional jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Chillicothe Police were investigating a fugitive case and arrested 37-year-old Steven Eugene Doss on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on three Class D felony allegations of Receiving Stolen Property. At the time of arrest, officers seized marijuana and a syringe loaded with methamphetamine from close proximity to where Mr. Doss had been laying. He was taken to Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond. An additional charge is being sought.
