The Chillicothe Lady Hornets successfully defended their Lawson tournament championship with a 46-18 win over North Platte.
Chillicothe jumped out to a quick 7-0 lead and led 19-3 at the end of the first quarter.
Jessica Reeter led the Lady Hornets with 12 points, Jolie Bonderer had 10, Cali Burkhardt had 7. Lucy Reeter with 6, Essie Hicks with 5, Bre Pithan, Kayanna Cranmer and Madison Albaugh each with 2 and playing time for Clara Leamer, Izzy Montgomery, and Delanie Kieffer.
Jessica Reeter was selected Girls Tournament MVP with Essie Hicks, and Jolie Bonderer selected to the all-tournament team.
