Several local restaurants have come together to create Chillicothe Restaurant Week from Wednesday, June 26 through Sunday, July 7, 2024.
Restaurant Week is a popular phenomenon in many larger cities. Discounted entrees and specials are typically priced with the year of the event, such as a lunch for two for $20.24. Many may have a lower price point such as $10.24 or a dinner for two for $30.24. Specials and discounts will vary from restaurant-to-restaurant however.
The goal of this event is to support locally-owned food service businesses in Chillicothe.
This incentivizes local residents to try something new, or to partake in a discounted special from their local food service business. This also ties into the weekend of Sliced Bread Day which this year is being celebrated on Saturday, June 29, with a kick-off event the evening before on Friday, June 28.
