The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on Tuesday. At about 10:00 am, Deputies arrested 53-year-old John Wayne Rothwell of St. Joseph for alleged possession of a controlled substance.  Bond was set at $5,000 cash only.
