A 20-year-old Chillicothe man was arrested by Chillicothe Police officers and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Twenty-year-old Ricky Lee Wilson was booked Wednesday at about 10:54 pm. He has since been charged with two counts of alleged Sexual Misconduct Involving A Child Under The Age Of 15 – 1st offense. He is held with no bond allowed.
