Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

Sixty-seven calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday.

Early morning officers responded to a disturbance on Broadway Street that was determined to be verbal only. A property damage report was taken on Park Lane and remains under investigation.

Throughout the day, officers fielded multiple calls involving questions about scams, trespassing, property issues, and child custody, along with a report of possible animal abuse on Martin Street where no criminal activity was found.

Monday evening, officers arrested a 21-year-old male for stealing in the 1000 block of South Washington Street. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

Police also conducted routine traffic stops and business checks.
