Eighty-eight calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday, including reports of vandalism, reckless driving, and an ongoing sex offense investigation.
Officers responded to Hedrick Medical Center after a patient reportedly threatened hospital staff and acted aggressively, but the situation was resolved without incident. Police also took a vandalism report on East Third Street and investigated a complaint involving damage to a truck on Boyd Street.
Later in the evening, officers began investigating a reported sex offense after a woman told police her daughter had been inappropriately touched.
Police also issued a warning after reports of reckless driving near Graves Street.
