Moderate Flooding is occurring at Sumner on the Grand River. The National Weather Service reports the river is at 29.06 feet this morning, above the forecast crest. Flooding a Sumner is expected to continue into early Thursday morning when the river drops back below flood stage of 26 feet.
Additional rainfall this week could extend the warning.
