Holiday Trash Schedule For CMU Customers

Chillicothe’s Holiday trash schedule includes a few adjustments for CMU customers.

For the Christmas Holiday…

If you have a Thursday trash route, your trash will be picked up on WEDNESDAY.

If you have a Friday trash route, your trash will be picked up on Monday(12-29).

For the New Year…

CMU is closed on January 1^st.  The Thursday, January 1^st trash will be picked up on Friday, January 2^nd.

The Holiday scheduled for alternative trash pick-up is posted on the CMU web page.  It is currently showing the 2025 schedule.  CMU General Manager Matt Hopper says the 2026 schedule will be posted after the first of the year.
