A 28-year-old Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Chillicothe police officers on Friday. Austin Ray Fitzpatrick was held following his arrest for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle, 2 counts of property damage, and tampering with property. He is held with bond set at $2500, cash only.
